Test and overhaul of Accessory Drive Components (ACC) and aircraft engine drive units including CSD (Constant Speed Drive) and IDG (Integrated Drive Generator) include:

  1- Visual Inspection

External inspection for cracks, oil leakage, and corrosion

Assessment of connectors and cooling system condition

  2- Leak Test

Checking for air or oil leakage using dry air pressure

Testing leakage in housings and connections

   3-Rotation Test

Connection to the engine test stand

Verification of smooth rotation in both input and output shafts

Measurement of speed and torque

   4- Functional Load Test

Connecting to a generator or simulated load system

Monitoring output speed

Evaluating voltage and frequency stability (for IDG)

   5-Thermal & Vibration Test

Thermal performance evaluation under operational temperature

Vibration level measurement using vibration analyzers
